Sam Fraser
Sam has over 20 years’ experience within Human Resources and Organisational Development roles, including senior executive positions such as Executive Manager People, Organisational Development Manager, HR Manager and Leadership Coach. She has led multidisciplinary teams supporting workforces of 200 to 4,000 across complex, multi-site environments in health, community services, financial services, manufacturing, local government and professional services.
Sam works closely with clients to strengthen leadership capability and organisational performance. Her expertise spans the full people and culture lifecycle, including organisational development, change management, leadership development, workforce planning, learning and development, talent acquisition, remuneration and benefits, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, and safety and wellbeing. She is known for building strong and professional partnerships and brings a thoughtful and practical approach to her work, consistently driving measurable improvements in workforce outcomes, leadership capability and employee experience.
Sam enjoys spending time with her two boys, her busy husband, and their wonderfully mischievous Labrador puppy. She is passionate about running, having completed multiple marathons and half-marathons, and is always looking for her next challenge — including catching up to her dad’s impressive travel record.
