• We begin by exploring the importance of intentionality. This course delves into how to identify the specific mindsets and behaviors you want your team members to consistently exhibit. You'll learn to move beyond generic cultural aspirations and define what truly matters for your organization's success.
• The Culture Planning Framework: This course introduces a practical framework for culture planning. We'll explore four essential pillars:
  • Achievement: enabling successful accomplishment of individual, team and organisation goals
  • Governance: ensuring actions are ethically sound and aligned with risk management objectives.
  • Quality: Fostering commitment to excellence in everything your team does.
  • Health & Wellbeing: enabling employee well-being to create a positive and productive work environment.
