Are you too busy being busy?

We choose how we invest our time, energy and rescources.  An individual needs to be the one to stop perpetuating the 'busy' mindset. Ways to create more balance in your work life are; stop being busy as a badge of honour. Being busy isn't what matters, being effectice is - we need to stop telling everyone how busy we are and start to be more effective at work. Seeing yourself is important in the journey to create a better work/ life balance. What are you busy doing and how much time do you waste? Do what matters: make the right decisions on what you are going to do, ask yourself the questions about balance and priorities on what needs to be delivered. Lastly, get out of your own way and get the job done!
