Dealing with a narcissistic boss

We all have grumbled about the boss at some point, perhaps used some choice names, convinced that they are about nobody but themselves. Well the news is that you are likely right with their being a very good chance that your boss is a narcissist with a new study finding that those with a narcissistic personality 30% more likely to be promoted than the average Joe or Jane.

If your frustration has sent you down the ‘my boss is a psychopath route’ well HR and Leadership specialist, Karen Gately says they likely are – with 12 % of senior managers likely to have psychopathic tendencies.
