Good culture = Good business

In recent years, a massive spotlight has shone on the ethical behaviour of banks and other Australian financial institutions.

The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry uncovered cases of corporate greed at the expense of their ethical responsibilities.

At the heart of the problem, says Karen Gately, CEO of HR consultancy Corporate Dojo, is culture. Leaders are in a position to shape the behaviours of those in the workplace, whether they run a large corporate or a small enterprise.
